The centre of my trainings forms the practical implementation of the transmitted contents and skills.
The way my working method differs from others is by being responsive to the individuality of each person and giving visibility to how he or she approaches (new) tasks and reaches goals. Self-reflection helps my participants to become aware of their strengths and possibilities of improvement so that they can work on them directly.
Clients appreciate my positive energy, my engagement and passion and highlight my capacity to bring teams together. My strength consists in finding access to each person and to inspire and motivate him. I am working on the same level with my client, from human to human.
